Eggplant Parmesan — Classic baked eggplant Parmesan — non-breaded slices layered with mozzarella, Parmesan, and tomato sauce.

Chicken Cleopatra — Thinly sliced chicken breast sautéed in a white wine sauce with carrots, red onions, spinach, and artichoke hearts, over penne.
Steak & Frites — Grilled marinated hanger steak with garlic fries and a gorgonzola cream sauce.
